About R2 Consulting

We’re skilled experts

We’re experienced and creative civil engineering designers, solution focused project managers, and great fun to work with. Our job is to ensure you get the right advice at the earliest opportunity, and that this advice is transformed into creative and understandable solutions within the shortest possible timeframe.

With R2 Consulting, clients deal directly with the experienced professional. There’s no pyramid hierarchy with junior personnel performing most of the work, and no inflated costs to cover extensive corporate overheads. The person you deal with is the person who performs the work

Marlene

Marlene Atawhai Richardt is R2 Consulting’s Community Project Manager. She has 20 years of varied work experience in the customer service industry, including real estate. Most recently, Marlene has worked for The Ministry of Māori Development (Te Puni Kokiri) as admin manager/PA, Business Analyst, Business Advisor and for 3+ years on the management and delivery of community projects.

As she loves organisation, time management and solid structure, she says community project delivery suits her character. However, it’s the variety, excitement, the people and of course the end-product she really loves. To Marlene, there’s nothing better than working with people that create and design cool stuff.

Passionate about whānau, whenua and living the best life possible, Marlene always uses her intuition and instincts as she knows this brings the best results. She has a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills. Her superpower? Marlene can read a room within minutes.
